I don’t like to be placed into a box and I don't want our classes to be placed into a box either. That’s why each class has a constant theme but a different flow that allows the class to be dynamic and fresh, every time. No two classes are the same. No two workouts are the same.

Classes

Classes are held virtually unless noted otherwise and are also recorded and loaded into the on-demand library so you can take them whenever, wherever.

Cardio MVMT

Get ready to tap into your inner athlete! This class is designed to torch calories and elevate the heart rate - focusing on agility, consistent movement, and interval training.

Mindful MVMT

Here we are focused on recovery and resetting the body through dynamic stretching, low-impact movements, and myofascial release. During class we will rejuvenate the body and mind so you can feel your best!

Strength MVMT

This class' focus is to build strength and endurance so you feel strong, powerful and energized. You’ll experience different movement combinations challenging the body and mind.
