Hi there! I’m Becca.

Movement has always been more than fitness to me. It’s connection, confidence, energy, community, and one of the most powerful ways we can care for ourselves through every stage of life.

As a former professional ballet dancer and collegiate athlete, movement shaped who I am from an early age. Over time, fitness became my way of extending that passion beyond the stage and into everyday life, helping others feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies.

Today, I serve my communities through fitness, wellness, education, and connection. Whether I’m teaching a class, mentoring instructors, hosting wellness events, or helping facilities create meaningful movement experiences, my goal is always the same: to help people feel empowered, supported, and inspired through movement.

My classes are designed to be effective, intentional, and approachable while still feeling fun, fresh, and energizing. I believe movement should challenge you in a way that builds confidence, not intimidation. I want people to leave my classes feeling stronger physically and mentally, with a little more energy in their step and a smile on their face.

Professionally, I work full-time with Total Gym as the East Coast Sales Representative and Director of Group Exercise, where I partner with gyms, studios, YMCAs, and wellness facilities to support innovative programming, functional training, Pilates-inspired movement, and small group fitness experiences that serve a wide range of communities and members.

I also serve as a Program Director and Assessor for SoulBody Fitness, supporting instructor development and helping create movement experiences that empower both instructors and participants alike.

Beyond the studio, I am the founder of The Wellness Hub, a wellness networking and community initiative created to bring together professionals across the health, wellness, and fitness industries. Through events, partnerships, and shared experiences, The Wellness Hub is focused on creating genuine connection, collaboration, and support within the wellness community.

In addition to my background in fitness, I hold a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, which continues to influence my passion for accessibility, education, and building healthier communities through movement.

When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me spending time with family and fur babies, traveling somewhere new, soaking up sunshine outdoors, or finding inspiration through movement in all its forms.
